  • Background & Credentials: CF- L1 CrossFit Trainer Lance has been in the health/fitness industry for over 25 years; training the novice to the professional athletes, mom/dads, children/teens; seniors, various health conditions and special populations.
  • He has also competed and trained others in Bodybuilding; Powerlifting and CrossFit.
  • Available for one-on-one training, as well as small group training.

|Brandon Johnson

  • Background & Credentials: CF-L1 CrossFit Trainer. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, B.S. in Athletic Training, and M.S. in Education. Worked in the health and wellness industry for over 8 years.

  • Experience with a wide variety of age groups, specializing in sports-specific training and corrective exercises.

  • Available for one-on-one and small-group training.

  • A cf-l2 crossfit trainer.  has been coaching for over 12 years.
  • Has competed and trained in running half marathons, bodybuilding, and crossfit.
  • Available for one-on-one training. 
  • Available for supplemental programming to help you meet certain goals.
  • Available for running coaching.
  • Nutrition clients will have access to a discounted personal training rate.

Private personal training sessions are all about you with our undivided attention. Our flexible weekly scheduling is designed to meet your needs whether you travel or just have a constantly changing life. We get it.

Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, or are just not ready for group classes and want to achieve a higher level of functional fitness, we are here for you.

One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are at currently and where you want to get to and create a plan that is right for you. We offer packages of one, four, or eight sessions in 30-minute and one-hour increments depending on your goals, time, and budget.
