Our goal is to ensure your success in meeting your goals and achieving your highest potential.

We want you to be safe, move well, and most importantly, have fun!

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs.

In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is that your workout is always different and focuses on an entire body strength and conditioning program. Just as important we also focus on flexibility to keep your joints safe, happy, and healthy.
At CrossFit Oconee, we believe that fitness does not have to be dull or something you have to dread each day. In fact, we think it should be fun and inspire results!

|PERSONAL TRAINING

One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are at currently and where you want to get to and create a plan that is right for you.
We offer packages of one, ten, or 20 sessions in 30-minute and one-hour increments depending on your goals, time, and budget. Let us help you achieve a level of fitness and health you never thought possible!

Don’t like groups of any size or have very specific goals you want to work on? We’re here for you. Private personal training sessions are all about you with our undivided attention. Our flexible weekly scheduling is designed to meet your needs whether you travel or just have a constantly changing life. We get it.

We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs and fitness pursuits.

Mission/Purpose: To bring the endurance community together. Whether you are an avid runner, cyclist, or endurance enthusiast, this class is for YOU!

Learn how to run with proper form and more efficiency, to prevent injuries. The class will also include core strengthening and mobility exercises, to aid in recovery.

SWEAT class is a 45 minutes long bootcamp style class. This class is all about high reps, low weight, burning calories, and intensity. Each 45-minute class will focus on a variety of movements, that will keep the workout fun and effective
