My name is Ryan, I am originally from Colorado but have also lived in Washington, Arizona, and now Georgia with my wonderful wife, Katy. I've been doing CrossFit for about 4 years, I've come a long way from not being able to squat below parallel. Some of my favorite things include yard games with good friends, traveling, keeping up with the CrossFit Games and the Denver Broncos, and keeping things fun!
