Hey guys! My name's Nikki Koch. I was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia and I am a senior at UGA. Having been a part of team sports all my life, I decided to give crossfit a try about 2 years ago in search of a way to find my new "team". I immediately fell in love with crossfit and the community and atmosphere at Crossfit Oconee. Aside from crossfit, some things I love are cooking, baking, & ninja creami-ing, going on walks, reading, and talking .... a lot!!
