Hey guys, I am married to Grace Cash. Together we have 2 boys - Cedar and Arrow.
Grace and I have been married and doing CrossFit for 6 years now. We have a deep love and passion for CrossFit and for sharing the love of Jesus with those in our community.
I currently hold my CrossFit L-2, with hopes of getting an L-3 one day. So excited to serve this amazing community.
