By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs.

In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.

At CrossFit Oconee, we believe that fitness does not have to be dull or something you have to dread each day. In fact, we think it should be fun and inspire results!

CrossFit is more than just a workout. CrossFit Oconee is a place where you come to forget about everything else that is going on in your life and just sweat out the stress of your day. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is that your workout is always different and focuses on an entire body strength and conditioning program. Just as important we also focus on flexibility to keep your joints safe, happy, and healthy.

 

One-On-One Coaching

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING (PERSONAL TRAINING) AT CROSSFIT OCONEE WILL HELP YOU REALIZE YOUR GOALS QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY!

Don’t like groups of any size or have very specific goals you want to work on? We’re here for you. Private personal training sessions are all about you with our undivided attention. Our flexible weekly scheduling is designed to meet your needs whether you travel or just have a constantly changing life. We get it.

We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs and fitness pursuits.

Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, or are just not ready for group classes and want to achieve a higher level of functional fitness, we are here for you.

One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are at currently and where you want to get to and create a plan that is right for you.

We offer packages of one, ten, or 20 sessions in 30-minute and one-hour increments depending on your goals, time, and budget.

Nutrition

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable: The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before, but we’ve known for YEARS that we could do better. 

Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.
