About Me: I have doing CrossFit since 2015 and have been training at CrossFit Oconee since 2018. I live in Watkinsville, GA, about 5 minutes from the gym with my wife, Devon, and our son, Camden. I was a professor at the University of Georgia for 9 years where I directed a research program focused on the health benefits of exercise and nutrition. I joined the coaching staff of Renaissance Periodization in 2017, and have recently resigned from my academic position to focus exclusively on my role as a nutrition coach going forward. I am excited to partner with CrossFit Oconee to offer my nutrition coaching services to this community.
