At CrossFit Oconee, we take our training just as seriously as we take our athletes. We leave the box everyday with no regrets. Unlike most CrossFit boxes, we have mirrors in our gym for our athletes. We use this as a method of accountability–when you look in the mirror, the only person you can’t lie to is yourself. We train hard, set high standards, push limits, and break barriers.
