Unlike most CrossFit boxes, we have one mirror in our gym for our athletes. We use this as a method of accountability–when you look in the mirror, the only person you can’t lie to is yourself. We train hard, set high standards, push limits, and break barriers. We demand excellence from all of our individuals regardless of fitness experience.

We don’t allow the words “I CAN’T”, so our workouts are meant to build both the physical and mental toughness needed to leave that thought and it’s limitations behind. At CFO, we are more than a gym. We are a family. We are dedicated to seeing our athletes succeed, and we strive to provide the highest quality of training that we can to help them reach their goals. We aim to produce well rounded athletes through challenging workouts by focusing on strength, agility, and endurance. It won’t be easy. You can quit or you can CrossFit.
